1. Controller
The Rollin’ Club (i.G.), Torstraße 14, 10119 Berlin, Germany — email: hello@rollinclub.berlin. The Club is represented by its Board (§ 26 German Civil Code (BGB); § 8 of the Articles of Association).
2. Hosting and server logs
This website is delivered by Cloudflare Workers, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (processor). When you visit the site, Cloudflare technically processes the data your browser transmits — IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser and operating system information — to deliver the pages, ensure stability and defend against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website). Cloudflare may process data in the United States; it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses additionally apply. We do not use this data for any other purpose and run no analytics on it.
3. Membership application and trial booking forms
The forms on /join (membership application) and /trial (free trial booking) are provided by Tally BV, August Van Lokerenstraat 71, 9050 Ghent, Belgium (processor); form data is stored within the EU. The forms load from tally.so when you open the pages, which technically transmits your IP address to Tally. They store your progress in your browser’s local storage so you can resume — this is strictly necessary for the service you request (§ 25(2) TDDDG) and is not used for tracking.
Trial bookings: we process the data you submit (name, contact details, chosen class, experience level) to organise your trial class and contact you about it — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you do not join afterwards, we delete your booking data no later than three months after the class, unless statutory retention duties apply.
How we process the personal data you submit when applying for membership — including the transfer into our membership administration (WISO MeinVerein) if your application is accepted — is described in the separate Privacy Notice for Membership Application & Administration.
4. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns membership or training, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
5. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising technology. That is why there is no cookie banner.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
7. Changes
We will update this notice when the website or the legal situation changes; the current version is always available on this page.
